30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
  • It must be kept in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase or your original order confirmation email must be provided.

Simple Return Process

  1. Contact our support team directly at orelinajewel@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide instructions on where and how to send your package.
  3. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Exclusions & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards, including:

  • Pierced jewelry (such as earrings) once the protective packaging has been opened.
  • Custom-made products, personalized orders, or engraved items.
  • Items purchased on final clearance or gift cards.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
